MREV token holders can discuss ideas for improvements, propose changes, and vote on governance proposals.

* Because each token represents one vote, users who hold more tokens have greater say in how the network develops.

### Deflation&#x20;

Combination of burning  and reflection of token will take place for each Manta Ray Charge point transaction –

Burn - based on the value of the transaction a 1% of tokens will be burnt reducing supply

Reflect – based on the value of the transaction a 1% will be distributed to existing token holder increase their value to encourage a ‘hold and earn’ approach
